The course lecturers are eminent specialists in their fields of dance from the best Polish universities: University of Warsaw, The Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw, The Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, The Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Maria Curie-Sklodowska University (UMCS), Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw, Ballet School in Warsaw, and Ballet School in Gdańsk. We also invite lecturers from Norway, Russia, and Belarus.
The course has recommendations of the National Center for Culture and the PS CIOFF® (International Council of Organizations for Folklore Festivals and Folk Art - Conseil International des Organizations de Festivals de Folklore et d'Arts traditionnels), which has been a member of UNESCO since 1970.
More than 1,000 qualified instructors have graduated from the classes. Among the graduates, there are 18 participants in the finals of the well-known show You Can Dance, including 2 people who won, as well as several Polish Champions in Polish National Dances. People from all over the country come to train themselves through the courses, and we also have students from the Netherlands, Lithuania, and Ukraine.
In order to protect European tradition, students also learn the folk dances of other European countries: Hungary, Spain, Czech Republic. As the only company in Poland, we have introduced classes from the Lemko tradition and dance - a minority living in Poland.
The courses of the Mazovia Institute of Culture are considered to be the best in Poland. They have the rank of Champion Classes.
