Mazovia University of the Third Age

Mazovia University of the Third Age has been operating since 2002 at the Mazovia Center of Culture and Arts, renamed in 2014 to the Mazovia Institute of Culture, as an educational and cultural program for seniors who do not work professionally and need to execute their creative passions and interests.

Inspired by the Mazovia University of the Third Age, 13 similar projects were launched in the province. The University of the Third Age operating at MIK has an extensive program of activities devoted to the arts and cultural education, as well as cooperation with Warsaw scientific and cultural institutions, including the National Museum, the National Philharmonic, and the Museum of Literature.
